Members post the empty seats in their group and name their price. You pay it, plus the club’s guest fee, and play courses that don’t take public tee times.

Post a seat
You're the member. Say when you're going out, how many you're short, and what the seat is worth. You keep everything above the club's guest fee.
How pricing works
You set your own number. The club's guest fee is fixed — that goes to the pro shop. Everything on top of it is yours, and it's yours to name. A seat at a course nobody can get on is worth what someone will pay for it.
Weekends and majors weeks price differently. Flag the date as high-demand and it's marked on the sheet. Saturday mornings at a top-100 club clear at three to five times a Tuesday afternoon.
You're paid when the round is played, not when the seat is claimed. Guest cancels inside 24 hours, you keep half.
The member is still responsible for the guest. Your name is on the register. Price accordingly, and decline anyone you wouldn't put in your own group.

Scorecard
Keep the card hole by hole. Net uses your index against the course slope — the same Course Handicap formula the USGA publishes, so a net figure here is one you can actually argue about.
